멤버십 고객별 예외
모든 규칙에는 예외가 필요합니다
고객 프로필에서 플랜과 조직의 기본 규칙에 개별 예외를 설정할 수 있습니다. 체험 기간 변경, 청구서 환불·재청구, 다음 이용 기간의 선결제, 일회성 할인과 스토어 크레딧 조정 내역이 프로필에 기록됩니다.
예외는 해당 고객에게만 적용됩니다. 다른 회원의 플랜을 바꾸지 않고 VIP 혜택을 제공하거나 잘못된 청구를 수정할 수 있습니다.

- •프로필에서 결제 수단과 플랜을 바꾸고, 이용 기간 종료 시 취소나 선결제 기간을 설정할 수 있습니다.
- •수정이 필요한 청구서를 환불하고 다시 청구할 수 있습니다.
- •기본 플랜을 바꾸지 않고 개인이나 회사에 일회성 할인을 적용할 수 있습니다.
- •스토어 크레딧을 추가·조정하거나 사용 범위를 특정 구역으로 제한할 수 있습니다.
작동 방식
변경 내역은 고객 프로필에 기록되어 담당 팀이 확인할 수 있습니다. 예외는 해당 개인이나 회사에만 적용되며 기본 플랜과 조직 규칙은 유지됩니다.
