문의가 완전한 워크플로가 됩니다
문의 유형에 따라 서로 다른 처리 단계와 담당 팀을 설정할 수 있습니다. 조치가 필요한 단계를 표시하고 각 문의의 Function Sheet를 인쇄할 수도 있습니다.
멤버십 가입 문의, 행사 상담과 공급업체 요청은 필요한 절차와 담당자가 다릅니다. 이제 유형에 맞는 별도 파이프라인에서 관리할 수 있습니다.
새로운 점
- •각각 다른 칸반 단계를 가진 파이프라인을 만들 수 있습니다.
- •처리가 필요한 단계에 Action Required를 설정할 수 있습니다.
- •파이프라인에 담당자나 팀을 배정할 수 있습니다.
- •연락처, 상태, 메시지, 메모와 작업이 담긴 Function Sheet를 인쇄할 수 있습니다.
작동 방식
파이프라인과 처리 단계를 설정한 뒤 칸반 보드에서 문의를 다음 단계로 옮기며 관리하세요. 조치가 필요하다고 표시한 단계는 사이드바에서도 확인할 수 있습니다.
찾는 위치
Enquiries > 점 세 개 메뉴(Function Sheet). Settings > Enquiries.
