Predictive Analytics Suite
Stop Reporting on the Past. Start Planning for What's Next.
Tiquo now includes predictive analytics across customers, revenue, operations, and demand - so instead of looking at what happened last month, you can start making decisions based on what's likely to happen next.
Why it matters
Most analytics tools are just reporting tools. They tell you what already happened. That's useful, but it doesn't help you decide where to focus your marketing next week, which customers are drifting away before they actually leave, or when you're going to run out of stock.
The other problem is that most businesses are pulling data from half a dozen different systems - a booking tool here, a payments platform there, a separate CRM somewhere else. The picture you get is always incomplete.
Because Tiquo runs bookings, orders, payments, products, memberships, marketing, and operations all in one place, it has a much fuller picture of how your business actually works. That makes its predictions a lot more accurate than anything a disconnected stack of tools could give you.

How it works
Tiquo looks at historic behaviour across your entire platform - spend, order frequency, products purchased, services booked, marketing engagement, booking patterns, membership activity, and more.
From that, it builds predictions you can actually act on. For example:
- •Which customers are likely to spend the most in the next 90 days
- •When a specific customer is likely to place their next order
- •Which products or services are trending up in demand
- •Which customers might be going quiet before they churn
- •When your stock is likely to run low before it actually does
Rather than reacting after the fact, your team can get ahead of it - focusing marketing, operations, and inventory decisions on what's actually coming next.

Latest Releases
Product UpdatesDuplicate and Merge
Tiquo now detects duplicate customer profiles and lets you merge them in a couple of clicks. The platform spots profiles that share identity signals like name, email, and date of birth, surfaces them as potential pairs with a confidence score, and gives you the choice to merge them or mark them as separate people.
Guest Passes
Tiquo now supports Guest Passes, giving members a simple way to bring guests into your venue while you stay in control of the numbers. Members can register guests when they sign up for their membership or on arrival at a location, and pass limits let you decide exactly how many passes each membership can issue.
Mesh Network
Tiquo POS now supports Mesh Networks, keeping every till, terminal, and handheld running even when your venue loses its internet connection. Devices talk to each other directly over your local wifi, so service carries on uninterrupted and everything syncs back to Tiquo the moment you reconnect.
