A Redesigned Customer Portal
Build the homepage around your guests and members
The customer portal has a more configurable homepage. Arrange Explore, Recent activity and account links, change their titles and choose which bookings, orders and billing shortcuts customers should see.
Promotional banners can include an image, heading, text and button. Custom tile rows can link to a booking, a web address or a published document or form. These content blocks can be reordered or hidden with the other homepage sections.
Shape the booking catalogue
Group flows into named carousels, change their customer-facing descriptions and decide whether a service overview opens before booking. Mark a carousel as relevant to selected membership plans to bring it earlier in the catalogue for matching members.
Appearance controls include regular and banner headers, image or muted-video backgrounds, and membership card designs. Profile settings choose which editable customer fields are available. The portal also supports installation from compatible browsers.
Save changes as a draft and use desktop, tablet and mobile previews before publishing. Existing customers can review their bookings, payment methods and financial documents from the account areas you enable.
