Inventory Management

Structured Inventory Management That Reflects How Your Business Actually Works

Inventory in Tiquo is now dynamic, structured, and fully tied to your real-world operations - from stock allocation and ownership to physical locations and expiry tracking.

Every feature is modular. You can start with simple stock tracking and enable more as your operations grow.

Why it matters

If you're managing inventory across multiple locations, owners, or product variants, you already know the problem. Most systems treat stock as a single number. They don't know where it is, who owns it, or in what order it should be used. So you end up with inaccurate levels, wasted stock, and a lot of manual work to keep things straight.

Tiquo takes a different approach. Stock is structured, prioritised, and allocated automatically based on rules you set. You use the parts you need and leave the rest switched off.

What's new

Tracking and alerts

  • Real-time stock tracking across all orders and products
  • Low stock thresholds with configurable alerts
  • Sell-by and expiry date tracking
  • Backorder support for out-of-stock items

Structure and allocation

  • Stock groups with prioritised allocation logic
  • Stock locations to track where inventory is physically stored
  • Stock ownership across sublocations, customers, or third parties

Product-level control

  • Variant-level inventory support
  • Barcode support with automatic product enrichment

How it works

At its simplest, you get real-time stock tracking out of the box. From there, you can layer on additional capabilities as your business needs them.

Stock can be organised into groups, each with its own levels, thresholds, and priority. When an order comes in, Tiquo allocates from the right group, in the right order, without you having to think about it. If something gets cancelled or isn't fulfilled, stock goes back to where it came from automatically.

You can also define physical locations and assign ownership - whether that's a sublocation, a customer, or a third party. Everything stays in sync across devices and locations, no manual reconciliation needed.

None of this is all-or-nothing. Turn on what's useful now and add more when you're ready.
