Forms with Object Capture

Forms in Tiquo now capture more than text fields and dropdowns: a submission can create a membership, save card details for auto-charging, update custom customer parameters, and drop straight into an enquiry pipeline.

Forms already collected information through terms and conditions, text fields and multi-select options. They can now capture a membership plan and billing cycle, a payment method to charge on approval, and custom parameters that update the customer profile. Conditional dropdowns adapt to previous answers. When staff approve the resulting enquiry, Tiquo applies everything captured in the form in one action.

How it works

Build the form and pick the objects it captures. Publish and share the link. When a customer submits, the profile is created or matched, the objects are staged on the resulting enquiry, and staff review it in the pipeline. On approval, the membership is assigned, the card is charged, and parameters are updated in one action.
