Forms with Object Capture

Forms That Capture Memberships, Parameters, and Payments

Forms in Tiquo now capture more than text fields and dropdowns: a submission can create a membership, save card details for auto-charging, update custom customer parameters, and drop straight into an enquiry pipeline.

Forms were already a powerful way to gather various types of information, from terms and conditions, to text fields, multi-select, etc. They're now the fastest way to onboard a customer end to end. A single form can carry a membership plan object with billing cycle, a payment method to charge on approval, custom customer parameters that update the profile automatically, and conditional dropdowns that adapt around the customer's answers. When a staff member approves the resulting enquiry, everything the form captured is applied at once in the system.

What's new

Object capture

  • Attach a membership plan with billing cycle
  • Save the customer's card, charged automatically on approval
  • Update custom customer parameters from form answers

Conditional logic

  • Dropdown options can hide dependent fields
  • Dropdowns can depend on each other (e.g. tier picked > billing cycle options filtered)

Visibility and routing

  • Form Details control which membership tier or permission can view the form
  • Submissions attach to a customer, an enquiry, or both
  • Every submission lands in the assigned enquiry pipeline

How it works

Build the form and pick the objects it captures. Publish and share the link. When a customer submits, the profile is created or matched, the objects are staged on the resulting enquiry, and staff review it in the pipeline. On approval, the membership is assigned, the card is charged, and parameters are updated in one action.
