Floor Plan Designer

Interactive Floor Plans Connected to Your Bookings and Operations

You can now design fully interactive floor plans inside Tiquo - linked directly to your bookings, inventory, and operations. Your layout always reflects what's actually happening on the ground, and you can change it yourself whenever you need to.

Why it matters

If you run a venue with tables, rooms, beds, or parking spaces, you've probably dealt with floor plan tools that don't do much. They're static images that sit separate from your booking system. They don't show real-time availability, and when you need to make a change - move a table, add a section, rearrange for an event - you're either emailing a support team or waiting days for someone else to update it for you.

Tiquo puts you in control. You build and edit your floor plan yourself, directly in the app. Changes take seconds and go live immediately across your entire system - staff tools, customer booking flows, everything. No tickets, no waiting.

What's new

Design your space

  • Fully customisable floor plan builder with walls, doors, and windows
  • Floor textures and visual styling to match your real environment
  • Labels to organise and name your areas
  • Pan and navigate large or complex layouts

Connect to operations

  • Place tables, chairs, beds, and parking spaces from your existing inventory
  • Real-time connection to booking and availability
  • Availability updates the moment a booking is made or changed

Customer-facing booking

  • Show your floor plan to customers during the booking process
  • Let them pick exactly where they want to sit or stay

How it works

You open the floor plan editor, draw your space, and drop in elements like tables, rooms, or beds. Each one is linked to your inventory and booking availability, so there's no extra setup to keep things connected.

When something changes - a new section opens up, you're rearranging for a private event, a table needs removing - you just update the floor plan yourself. It takes seconds, and the change is reflected everywhere instantly. Staff see it, customers see it, bookings adjust automatically.

You can also choose to surface the floor plan during customer booking, so guests can browse your layout and select their preferred spot before they arrive.
