Fine-Grain Filtering & Segmentation
Every List and Every Chart, Sliceable to Exactly the View You Need
Filtering across Customers, Orders, Bookings, Enquiries, and Analytics has become substantially more powerful, with new filter fields and full segment-based slicing for marketing, analytics, and beyond.
Filtering in Tiquo was already powerful, and marketing segments (dynamic customer groups defined by any combination of behaviours and attributes) already existed, updating automatically as customer activity changed. What we've done in this release is push both further and connect them. New filter fields are available on every operational list and segments (the customer groups you defined for marketing) are now first-class filters on analytics, bookings, and lists as well, not just email audiences.
What's new
Expanded filters
- •Customers: filter by status, membership, and any custom parameter, and more
- •Orders: filter by order type (membership invoices, product invoices, service invoices), sublocation, amount and more
- •Bookings: full filter set plus a Clear Overdue modal that bulk-marks stale bookings as No Show
- •Enquiries: filter by pipeline, stage, assignee, custom parameters, and more
Segments as filters
- •Any customer segment defined in Marketing is now a filter on Customers, Bookings, Analytics, and other lists
- •Segments continue to update automatically as customer activity changes, so filtered views stay live
Saved customer views
- •Save any filtered customer list as a named view on the Customers tab
- •Return to the same segmented list any time (a VIPs list, an at-risk members list, a corporate accounts list, and so on)
How it works
Open any list or the Analytics page, click Filter, and pick from the expanded set of fields. Segments appear wherever customers do, so any audience you've defined in Marketing can be used to slice a list or a chart, not just to send an email. On the Customers tab, once you've dialled in a filter combination that matters (VIPs, at-risk members, a specific corporate segment), save it as a named customer view. The view lives on the tab and reopens the same segmented list any time you come back to it, staying live as customer activity changes.
Where to find it
Customers, Orders, Bookings, Enquiries, Analytics (Filter). Marketing > Lists & Segments (segment configuration).
Latest Releases
Product UpdatesDuplicate and Merge
Tiquo now detects duplicate customer profiles and lets you merge them in a couple of clicks. The platform spots profiles that share identity signals like name, email, and date of birth, surfaces them as potential pairs with a confidence score, and gives you the choice to merge them or mark them as separate people.
Guest Passes
Tiquo now supports Guest Passes, giving members a simple way to bring guests into your venue while you stay in control of the numbers. Members can register guests when they sign up for their membership or on arrival at a location, and pass limits let you decide exactly how many passes each membership can issue.
Mesh Network
Tiquo POS now supports Mesh Networks, keeping every till, terminal, and handheld running even when your venue loses its internet connection. Devices talk to each other directly over your local wifi, so service carries on uninterrupted and everything syncs back to Tiquo the moment you reconnect.
