Enquiry Pipelines
Enquiries, Now a Fully Managed Workflow
Enquiries have grown from a shared inbox into a proper multi-pipeline workflow, with action-required stages, staff assignment, and a printable Function Sheet on every record.
Different types of enquiry deserve different workflows. Membership prospects don't move through the same stages as booking enquiries or supplier requests. This release lets enquiries live on multiple pipelines side by side, each with its own kanban stages, its own action-required flags, and its own assigned team. And every enquiry carries a Function Sheet: a printable snapshot for internal handoffs and venue distribution.
What's new
Pipelines
- •Multiple pipelines running side by side, one per enquiry type
- •Custom stages: add, rename, and reorder yourself
- •Kanban view per pipeline
Prioritisation
- •Mark specific stages as Action Required
- •Red indicator on the Enquiries sidebar entry when action is needed
Ownership
- •Assign each pipeline to specific staff or teams
Function Sheet
- •Printable snapshot of every enquiry: contacts, status, message, notes, tasks
- •Direct print shortcut in the top right of the sheet
How it works
Configure pipelines and stages once. New enquiries land in the right pipeline at the right stage. Staff drag them along the kanban as they progress; action-required stages surface the workload via the sidebar indicator without anyone having to check. When an enquiry needs a physical handoff, the Function Sheet is one click away.
Where to find it
Enquiries > three-dot menu (Function Sheet). Settings > Enquiries (pipeline configuration).

Product UpdatesDuplicate and Merge
Tiquo now detects duplicate customer profiles and lets you merge them in a couple of clicks. The platform spots profiles that share identity signals like name, email, and date of birth, surfaces them as potential pairs with a confidence score, and gives you the choice to merge them or mark them as separate people.
Guest Passes
Tiquo now supports Guest Passes, giving members a simple way to bring guests into your venue while you stay in control of the numbers. Members can register guests when they sign up for their membership or on arrival at a location, and pass limits let you decide exactly how many passes each membership can issue.
Mesh Network
Tiquo POS now supports Mesh Networks, keeping every till, terminal, and handheld running even when your venue loses its internet connection. Devices talk to each other directly over your local wifi, so service carries on uninterrupted and everything syncs back to Tiquo the moment you reconnect.
