Enquiry Pipelines

Enquiries now supports multiple pipelines, stages marked Action Required, staff assignments and a printable Function Sheet for every record.

Membership prospects, booking enquiries and supplier requests can now follow separate pipelines, each with its own kanban stages, Action Required flags and assigned team. Every enquiry also has a printable Function Sheet to hand to colleagues or distribute around the venue.

Prioritisation

• •Mark specific stages as Action Required
• •Red indicator on the Enquiries sidebar entry when action is needed

Ownership

• •Assign each pipeline to specific staff or teams

Function Sheet

• •Printable snapshot of every enquiry: contacts, status, message, notes, tasks
• •Direct print shortcut in the top right of the sheet

How it works

Configure your pipelines and stages. New enquiries enter the appropriate pipeline and stage, and staff move them across the kanban as work progresses. The sidebar indicator highlights stages marked Action Required. Open the Function Sheet when you need a printed copy for another team.
