Enhanced QR Ordering & Custom Tags
More Options for Self-Service Ordering
We've expanded self-service ordering with additional QR ordering capabilities and custom-branded QR tags. Venues can now offer both Order to Table and Order & Pick Up experiences while maintaining brand consistency.
Each sublocation can switch on either channel independently, and the QR tags themselves are produced to match the venue's brand.
What's new
Order to Table
- •Guests scan a table QR to view the menu and order from their seat
- •Orders route to the right KDS or printer automatically
Order & Pick Up
- •Guests scan to browse and order ahead
- •Collection at the counter when ready
Custom QR tags
- •Two shapes (square with rounded corners, circle)
- •Two mounting options (screw holes, adhesive backing)
- •Six materials (plastics in black, red, blue, white, plus stainless steel and brass)
- •Custom font and a one-colour logo for laser etching
- •Live preview showing the QR and label (e.g. "Table 12") as you configure
How it works
For Order to Table, the guest scans the table QR, the menu opens on their phone, and the order routes to the right KDS or printer the moment it's placed. For Order & Pick Up, the QR carries the guest into your menu and they collect at the counter once ready. Custom tags arrive pre-etched with the table number or pickup spot, ready to mount.

Product UpdatesDuplicate and Merge
Tiquo now detects duplicate customer profiles and lets you merge them in a couple of clicks. The platform spots profiles that share identity signals like name, email, and date of birth, surfaces them as potential pairs with a confidence score, and gives you the choice to merge them or mark them as separate people.
Guest Passes
Tiquo now supports Guest Passes, giving members a simple way to bring guests into your venue while you stay in control of the numbers. Members can register guests when they sign up for their membership or on arrival at a location, and pass limits let you decide exactly how many passes each membership can issue.
Mesh Network
Tiquo POS now supports Mesh Networks, keeping every till, terminal, and handheld running even when your venue loses its internet connection. Devices talk to each other directly over your local wifi, so service carries on uninterrupted and everything syncs back to Tiquo the moment you reconnect.
