Duplicate and Merge

Tiquo now detects duplicate customer profiles and lets you merge them in a couple of clicks. The platform spots profiles that share identity signals like name, email, and date of birth, surfaces them as potential pairs with a confidence score, and gives you the choice to merge them or mark them as separate people.

Duplicates creep into every customer database. Someone books with a personal email, then joins as a member with a work one, and suddenly one person is two records with their history split between them. That means broken reporting, missed context at front of house, and a customer who doesn't get recognised. Duplicates and Merge solves it. Tiquo finds the likely pairs for you, shows you exactly why it thinks they match, and merging brings orders, bookings, and details together into a single clean profile.
