Cloud Printing
Print to Any Printer in Your Business, From Anywhere
Tiquo now supports cloud printing across your entire organisation. Any printer connected to your network is available to any setup, wherever it is.
Why it matters
Traditional printing setups are a constant source of small frustrations. A receipt printer only works from the till it's plugged into. A kitchen printer can only receive tickets from one terminal. Someone needs to walk across the venue to fix a print job because they're on the wrong setup.
It's the kind of thing that sounds minor until it happens during a busy service.
Tiquo removes the fixed connection entirely. Once a printer is set up anywhere in your business, it's available everywhere. Your team prints to whatever printer makes sense, without needing to be physically near it.
What's new
- •Cloud printing across all connected printers
- •Supports Bluetooth, USB, WiFi, Ethernet, and network-connected printers
- •Receipt printers, kitchen printers, labels, and tickets all supported
- •Default printer assignment per setup for automatic routing
- •Manual printer selection when you need to override the default
- •Shared printer visibility across the whole organisation
- •Automatic routing by sublocation and order type
How it works
Each setup gets a default printer assigned, so prints are routed automatically without staff needing to think about it. The right ticket goes to the right printer without anyone choosing each time.
When you do need to override it - sending a ticket to a different kitchen section, printing a label from a different area - staff can open the printer selector and pick a different one in a couple of taps.
Because all printers are shared across the organisation, a kitchen printer at one end of the venue can receive tickets from the other. It just works, regardless of where things are physically plugged in.
Where to find it
Available across all supported printers and printing flows within Tiquo.
Latest Releases
Product UpdatesDuplicate and Merge
Tiquo now detects duplicate customer profiles and lets you merge them in a couple of clicks. The platform spots profiles that share identity signals like name, email, and date of birth, surfaces them as potential pairs with a confidence score, and gives you the choice to merge them or mark them as separate people.
Guest Passes
Tiquo now supports Guest Passes, giving members a simple way to bring guests into your venue while you stay in control of the numbers. Members can register guests when they sign up for their membership or on arrival at a location, and pass limits let you decide exactly how many passes each membership can issue.
Mesh Network
Tiquo POS now supports Mesh Networks, keeping every till, terminal, and handheld running even when your venue loses its internet connection. Devices talk to each other directly over your local wifi, so service carries on uninterrupted and everything syncs back to Tiquo the moment you reconnect.
