Membership billing now handles more individual arrangements, including delayed first billing, upfront joining fees and price changes at renewal. Memberships can use their own billing address and a link for someone else to add the payment method.

Receipts, invoices and refund documents now share one server-built document across supported surfaces. Exports use issued documents, and custom-amount refunds produce the corresponding proportional credit note.

Payout reconciliation brings Stripe balance transactions and Tiquo orders into the same review. Inspect gross amounts, fees and net settlement, identify mismatches, and export the reconciled detail for the selected account.
Offer freed capacity and record the agreed no-show policy
Customers can join a waitlist for full inventory and accept a temporary offer when capacity opens. Booking flows can also save a card guarantee, with the agreed fee charged only when staff confirm a no-show.

Failed membership payments now have clearer recovery actions and configurable grace periods. Members can complete bank authentication, retry an eligible card or replace it through the customer portal.

A dedicated customer screen for countertop checkout
Tiquo now supports the T600 as a docked customer display paired with a staff checkout. Its landscape screen shows the basket and payment flow while staff manage the order on their own device.

Live floor plans now support more of the decisions made during service, from suggested walk-in tables and combined seating to open-order actions. Booking status and timing stay visible against the venue layout.

Wastage now has a dedicated workflow across the dashboard and supported staff apps. Record products, quantities and reasons, keep a running wastage tab, and update tracked stock when the record is saved.

Booking flows can now offer selected products alongside a service, with quantity limits and a shared checkout. Private-hire bookings can reserve all active resources in the configured inventory.
