Automatic Payout Reconciliation
Trace a Stripe payout back to the orders behind it
A bank payout combines payments, fees and adjustments that may come from many orders. Tiquo now reconciles supported Stripe payouts against the related balance transactions and order records, giving finance staff a route from the deposit to its underlying activity.
Review a payout
Choose the connected account and payout arrival-date range. The reconciliation view brings together gross amounts, fees and net values, then checks the links and amounts against Tiquo's records. Expand the detail when an order is missing or an amount does not agree.
Coverage has expanded to Stripe payment methods and transfer-reversal adjustments. Mismatches and incomplete links are shown for investigation, while export controls let authorised staff take the payout detail into their accounting process.
Access requires the relevant payment-data and export permissions. The view can show a maintenance state when reconciliation checks detect an issue, rather than presenting unreliable results as complete. A payout match is a settlement check; use the separate order exports when you need a full operational order list, including free orders.
