Membership Payment Recovery
Give members a clear route back to a paid membership
A failed renewal can need a different response depending on the cause. Tiquo now distinguishes cases such as an expired card, insufficient funds and a payment that needs bank authentication, then gives the member an appropriate recovery action in the portal.
Optional branded recovery emails can direct the member to that step. Enable the notification in Settings > Notifications and customise the supported copy, including payment and grace-period details.
Keep access during a configured grace period
Recurring paid plans can retain access for a chosen number of days or months after the first failed payment. The membership shows Payment grace while its benefits remain available. Later retries do not extend the original deadline; an unresolved failure becomes suspended and appears as Past due when the period ends.
Stripe continues to manage payment retries. Coordinate its cancellation policy with the Tiquo grace period. Recovery also rechecks the current subscription state, so an older failure event arriving after a successful payment does not incorrectly put the member back into a failed state.
