Cloakroom Management

We've introduced Cloakroom Management, replacing traditional paired-ticket workflows with digitally tracked tags linked to customer profiles or paired guest tags. The result is faster operations and fewer lost-ticket issues.

Design bespoke cloakroom tags in Tiquo and have them shipped to your venue. The lost-ticket problem disappears by pairing each tag with a customer profile. Members scan their wallet pass to claim a tag in seconds. Guests without a profile bind two unique tags together, one for the coat and one for them.

How it works

At check-in, staff scan either the guest's wallet pass or a second cloakroom tag, then attach the assigned tag to the coat. At collection, the wallet pass or matching guest tag pulls up the coat's tag instantly. Returning members skip the binding step on subsequent visits, scanning the same wallet pass each time.
