We've expanded the platform's data model with custom parameters for customers and products. This allows venues to track information specific to their operation and use it throughout analytics, segmentation, reporting, and automations.
Custom parameters expand what Tiquo can track on customers and products, so your analytics, segmentation, and automations run off the data your venue actually cares about.
What's new
On customers
- •Typed fields (text, number, boolean, date) on any customer profile
- •Filter the customer list and build segments by any custom parameter
- •Trigger automations off custom parameter values
On products
- •Typed fields on any product alongside category, price, and stock
- •Filter and report by custom parameter values
How it works
Add a parameter from the customer profile or product editor, give it a name and type, and it's available everywhere Tiquo handles that record. Custom parameters sit alongside the built-in ones (customer number, source, location, and so on) and behave the same way in filters, segments, automation triggers, and analytics. Access controls are honoured on display and in API responses.
