1. Overview

These Payment Terms govern all payments made to and through Tiquo. By using our payment services, you agree to these terms.

2. Pricing and Fees

Subscription fees are billed in accordance with your selected plan. All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.

Transaction fees apply to payments processed through our platform. Current rates are available on our pricing page.

Additional services may incur separate fees as specified in your service agreement.

3. Billing and Payment

3.1 Billing Cycle

We bill subscription fees in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your plan selection.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees due.

3.3 Payment Due Date

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

4. Taxes

6. Disputes

If you believe there is an error on your invoice, please contact us within 30 days at billing@tiquo.co.

6.2 Chargebacks

We reserve the right to suspend your account in the event of excessive chargebacks.

7. Account Suspension

We may suspend your account for non-payment. Suspended accounts may be reactivated upon payment of all outstanding amounts plus any applicable fees.

8. Price Changes

We may change our prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

9. Currency

All prices are in USD. Payments in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate.
