Expanded Membership Management

We've expanded Membership Management with more advanced configuration options for pricing, permissions, perks, signup flows, and member cards. These additions make it easier to support more complex membership structures while keeping setup straightforward.

Stays simple while giving the customisation needed to scale with more complex setup needs. Permissions, pricing, perks, location scope, signup, and member cards now all sit in one place.

Pricing and billing

• •Multiple billing cadences per plan (e.g. monthly £100 + annual £1,200)

Permissions

Scope and signup

• •Restrict which locations can register members on the plan

• •Physical membership card design for your next print batch (coming soon)

How it works

Assign a plan to a customer or company and everything flows from there. Pricing and trials run through Stripe under the linked sublocation, attached discounts apply at checkout, store credit lands on assignment, permissions are honoured wherever access is gated, and the signup page and embed code reflect the plan as soon as it's saved.
