We've expanded the platform's data model with custom parameters for customers and products. This allows venues to track information specific to their operation and use it throughout analytics, segmentation, reporting, and automations.
Custom parameters expand what Tiquo can track on customers and products, so your analytics, segmentation, and automations run off the data your venue actually cares about.
What's new
On customers
- •Typed fields (text, number, boolean, date) on any customer profile
- •Filter the customer list and build segments by any custom parameter
- •Trigger automations off custom parameter values
On products
- •Typed fields on any product alongside category, price, and stock
- •Filter and report by custom parameter values
How it works
Add a parameter from the customer profile or product editor, give it a name and type, and it's available everywhere Tiquo handles that record. Custom parameters sit alongside the built-in ones (customer number, source, location, and so on) and behave the same way in filters, segments, automation triggers, and analytics. Access controls are honoured on display and in API responses.

Tiquo teraz rozpozná duplicitné profily zákazníkov a umožní ich zlúčiť niekoľkými kliknutiami. Platforma nájde profily so spoločnými údajmi, ako sú meno, e-mail a dátum narodenia, zobrazí ich ako možné dvojice so skóre zhody a nechá vás rozhodnúť, či ich zlúčiť alebo označiť ako rôzne osoby.
Vstupy pre hostí
Tiquo teraz podporuje vstupy pre hostí. Členovia môžu jednoducho priviesť sprievod a vy máte stále kontrolu nad počtom. Hostí možno zaregistrovať pri vzniku členstva alebo po príchode na pobočku a pre každý typ členstva presne nastavíte počet dostupných vstupov.
Mesh sieť
Tiquo POS teraz podporuje mesh siete, takže pokladnice, terminály a prenosné zariadenia fungujú aj pri výpadku internetu. Zariadenia spolu komunikujú priamo cez miestnu wifi, prevádzka pokračuje bez prerušenia a po obnovení spojenia sa všetko synchronizuje s Tiquo.
