Booking Add-ons and Private Hire
Offer extras at checkout and reserve the whole space
Customers can now add selected products after choosing their booking. A venue might offer an extra for a treatment or an item for an event, with the products added to the same order and paid for during checkout.
Choose the extras
Enable Product add-ons on the customer flow, choose active fixed-price products from the same service area and write the heading customers will see. Each product has a maximum quantity between 1 and 100. Custom-priced products cannot be offered through this step, and sold-out products remain unavailable.
Book the whole space
Private hire can allocate every active instance in the configured inventory. Tiquo checks the period against each resource, so an existing table booking can prevent a conflicting whole-space reservation. The party size is checked against the combined capacity.
This gives operators a way to sell a full takeover using the resources already configured for ordinary bookings. Review the inventory and active instances before offering private hire so the booking reserves the intended space.
