Expanded Automations
Respond to more events with actions across the platform
Automations have expanded beyond a sequence of customer emails. A workflow can respond to operational events, look up related records and use the result in later actions, with branches and waits controlling what happens next.
Act on the event that matters
Available events include booking and order changes, form submissions, membership activity and email engagement. A Membership paid trigger can start work after payment. Enquiry-stage triggers can be limited to selected stages within chosen enquiry types, so follow-up begins at the right point in a pipeline.
Actions can update records, create tasks or notes, add eligible discounts, issue store credit or passes, and send configured messages. Scope and field filters help keep the workflow specific to the customers and events you intend.
Review before activation
Save as a draft, run a dry test and inspect the graph before publishing. Activation requires the applicable marketing subscription and an AI review of the current revision. Sensitive changes can require staff approval. Run history exposes step outcomes and failures, and a duplicated workflow starts as a draft for review.

Open tabs can move between tables, selected saved items can transfer to another tab, and several orders on a booking can be settled in one card payment. Each order keeps its own payment allocation and receipt.
A Redesigned Customer Portal
The customer portal now gives you more control over the homepage, booking catalogue and account shortcuts. Add banners and custom tiles, organise booking carousels, and preview changes before publishing.
