Bespoke Cloakroom Tags Connected to Customer Profiles
We've introduced Cloakroom Management, replacing traditional paired-ticket workflows with digitally tracked tags linked to customer profiles or paired guest tags. The result is faster operations and fewer lost-ticket issues.
Design bespoke cloakroom tags in Tiquo and have them shipped to your venue. The lost-ticket problem disappears by pairing each tag with a customer profile. Members scan their wallet pass to claim a tag in seconds. Guests without a profile bind two unique tags together, one for the coat and one for them.

How it works
At check-in, staff scan either the guest's wallet pass or a second cloakroom tag, then attach the assigned tag to the coat. At collection, the wallet pass or matching guest tag pulls up the coat's tag instantly. Returning members skip the binding step on subsequent visits, scanning the same wallet pass each time.

Tiquo ahora detecta perfiles de cliente duplicados y permite fusionarlos en un par de clics. La plataforma identifica perfiles que comparten datos como el nombre, el correo electrónico o la fecha de nacimiento, los muestra como posibles coincidencias con un nivel de confianza y te deja decidir si quieres unirlos o marcarlos como personas distintas.
Pases de invitado
Tiquo ya admite pases de invitado, para que los miembros puedan traer acompañantes al establecimiento de forma sencilla y tú mantengas el control de las cantidades. Los miembros pueden registrar a sus invitados al darse de alta o cuando llegan a una ubicación, y los límites permiten definir cuántos pases puede emitir cada membresía.
Red mallada
Tiquo POS ahora admite redes malladas, para que todas las cajas, terminales y dispositivos portátiles sigan funcionando aunque el establecimiento pierda la conexión a internet. Los dispositivos se comunican directamente a través de la red wifi local, el servicio continúa sin interrupciones y todo vuelve a sincronizarse con Tiquo en cuanto recuperas la conexión.
