Price every night and control the stays you sell
Hotel room pricing now follows each night of the stay. A booking crossing two seasons can use the correct rate for each date, and room availability is checked throughout the stay rather than only at arrival.
Rates and stay restrictions
- •Use base nightly rates and seasonal pricing, then override a particular night or date range in the Rate Calendar.
- •Create rate plans with percentage or fixed nightly adjustments, refundability, cancellation terms and meal-plan details.
- •Apply stop sell, closed-to-arrival and closed-to-departure restrictions, plus minimum and maximum stays.
- •Set the guests included in a rate and separate extra-adult and extra-child supplements.
A configured deposit can confirm the booking while leaving the remaining balance due at the venue. Enabled OTA connections can publish mapped availability, rates and restrictions and import reservations.
Hotel reporting also covers occupancy, room nights, average daily rate and revenue per available room. Room types remain separate from the physical rooms allocated to a stay, so the accommodation sold and the room assigned can be managed independently.
