Granular Operational Permissions
Give each role the access its work requires
Roles can now distinguish more of the work a team does in Tiquo. Access to a page, permission to view its data and permission to make a sensitive change are checked across the relevant dashboard and backend entry points.
This gives operators finer control over actions such as banning customers, managing registration settings, changing task categories and clearing overdue bookings. Actions a role cannot perform are hidden from the relevant interface.
Configure your team
Use the Roles & Permissions table to adjust the built-in roles or create a custom role for a specific responsibility. Each permission is a row and each role is a column. Administrators retain full access, while location access controls which parts of the organisation other staff can work with.
On supported POS devices, personal four-digit PINs can identify staff when PIN-based selection is enabled for the service area. Separate discount and wastage approval settings let a manager authorise those actions during service without giving every operator permanent permission.
