We've expanded the platform's data model with custom parameters for customers and products. This allows venues to track information specific to their operation and use it throughout analytics, segmentation, reporting, and automations.
Custom parameters expand what Tiquo can track on customers and products, so your analytics, segmentation, and automations run off the data your venue actually cares about.
What's new
On customers
- •Typed fields (text, number, boolean, date) on any customer profile

- •Typed fields on any product alongside category, price, and stock
- •Filter and report by custom parameter values
How it works
Add a parameter from the customer profile or product editor, give it a name and type, and it's available everywhere Tiquo handles that record. Custom parameters sit alongside the built-in ones (customer number, source, location, and so on) and behave the same way in filters, segments, automation triggers, and analytics. Access controls are honoured on display and in API responses.

Produkt-UpdatesDuplikate erkennen und zusammenführen
Tiquo erkennt jetzt doppelte Kundenprofile und führt sie mit wenigen Klicks zusammen. Die Plattform findet Profile mit übereinstimmenden Identitätsmerkmalen wie Name, E-Mail-Adresse und Geburtsdatum, zeigt sie als mögliche Paare samt Konfidenzwert an und lässt Sie entscheiden, ob sie zusammengeführt oder als verschiedene Personen markiert werden sollen.
Gästepässe
Tiquo unterstützt jetzt Gästepässe. Mitglieder können Gäste unkompliziert in Ihren Betrieb mitbringen, während Sie die Anzahl im Blick behalten. Gäste lassen sich bei der Mitgliedschaftsanmeldung oder bei der Ankunft an einem Standort registrieren, und Sie legen genau fest, wie viele Pässe jede Mitgliedschaft ausgeben darf.
Mesh-Netzwerk
Tiquo POS unterstützt jetzt Mesh-Netzwerke. Kassen, Terminals und Handgeräte funktionieren weiter, selbst wenn Ihr Betrieb die Internetverbindung verliert. Die Geräte kommunizieren direkt über das lokale WLAN, der Service läuft ohne Unterbrechung weiter und alles wird mit Tiquo synchronisiert, sobald die Verbindung zurückkehrt.
