The live floor plan now gives staff more ways to handle the room. Use the date and timeline to review covers, find an available table and open the booking or order that needs attention.
Seat a walk-in or move a party
Start a walk-in with the booking type and party size, then review suggested tables or choose an available table yourself. A larger party can use a combination of tables. Every selected table is reserved for the booking period, with the same capacity and conflict checks used elsewhere in Tiquo.
For an existing booking, compatible destinations are shown while conflicting tables remain unavailable. Supported apps also offer table actions for opening orders, creating another order, moving a tab and settling the booking's unpaid orders.
Numbered seats let staff assign items to individual guests. Timing cues use the venue's local time, and a checked-in party stays visible after midnight until checkout. A late dinner therefore continues to occupy its table when the calendar day changes.

Open tabs can move between tables, selected saved items can transfer to another tab, and several orders on a booking can be settled in one card payment. Each order keeps its own payment allocation and receipt.
A Redesigned Customer Portal
The customer portal now gives you more control over the homepage, booking catalogue and account shortcuts. Add banners and custom tiles, organise booking carousels, and preview changes before publishing.
