Connect backend operations and customer website journeys
Tiquo's integration tools now cover more of the work that happens around a booking or membership. The Admin API gives backend integrations organisation-scoped access to supported operational records, including customers, companies, orders, bookings, enquiries and tasks.
Order integration has been expanded for external operational systems, and metadata endpoints help integrations discover supported fields and options. API keys carry permissions and belong on the server.
Build the customer journey into your website
The npm DOM Package and Hosted Package support customer authentication, profile and activity data, service catalogues and booking embeds. Membership embeds can reuse a signed-in customer's session through a short-lived iframe token. The hosted script also provides declarative attributes for sites built without an application build step.
Recent additions include guest-invitation workflows and marketing signup without login. Developers can offer service browsing before opening the relevant booking flow, while customer-facing operations use customer authentication or the designated public signup method.
