Expanded Loyalty Program Configuration
We've expanded Loyalty Management with configurable earning rules, redemption settings, expiry policies, signup bonuses, and multi-tier reward structures. These additions allow loyalty programs to better reflect each venue's brand and reward strategy.
Run a loyalty program that reflects your brand. Earning and redemption rates, expiry rules, and tier structure are all customisable.
What's new
Points configuration
- •Custom currency name displayed to customers (e.g. "Points", "Stars", "Coins")
- •Earning rate per currency unit spent
- •Redemption rate per point
- •Minimum points required before a customer can redeem
- •Optional points expiry after a set period of inactivity
- •Signup bonus awarded when a customer joins the program
Tiers
- •Define multiple tiers with escalating rewards and custom benefits per tier
How it works
Customers earn points on every order, redeem them for credit at checkout, and climb tiers as they accumulate spend. Expiry rules clear inactive balances, signup bonus is awarded once on join, and tier benefits apply automatically wherever the program is active.

Tiquo tukee nyt vierailijapasseja. Jäsen voi tuoda vieraan, ja sinä määrität määrät. Vieras rekisteröidään jäsenyyden alussa tai saapuessa, ja jokaiselle jäsenyydelle asetetaan oma kiintiö.
Mesh-verkko
Tiquo POS tukee nyt mesh-verkkoja, joten kassat, päätteet ja käsilaitteet toimivat internetkatkon aikana. Laitteet keskustelevat paikallisen wifi-verkon kautta ja synkronoivat Tiquoon yhteyden palauduttua.
