Streamlined Onboarding
Keep setup, expert sessions and launch preparation together
Moving to Tiquo now has a guided onboarding journey for the work needed before launch. Setup questions and stage controls help the team build the organisation's configuration while keeping saved answers available as the work continues.
Prepare the operation
The journey brings together service and product setup, branding and hardware ordering. Progress makes unfinished sections visible, and completed sections can be closed to prevent further edits. Completion can also be reopened when the setup needs another review.
Assigned product experts are visible during onboarding. Kickoff and training coordination uses expert calendar availability, helping the operator and Tiquo team organise the sessions around the setup work. Package values are shown in the organisation's relevant currency and reflect the included training sessions.
Staff-only setup stays separate from the customer-accessible journey. Grouped team-onboarding materials support preparation for the people who will use Tiquo during service, with the guidance organised around their operational work. The onboarding view keeps configuration progress and session planning together as the venue prepares to go live.
