Enquiries अब पूरा workflow हैं
Enquiries में अब कई पाइपलाइन बनाई जा सकती हैं। हर पाइपलाइन के चरण, जिम्मेदार टीम और कार्रवाई की जरूरत तय करें। हर रिकॉर्ड की Function Sheet प्रिंट भी की जा सकती है।
सदस्यता की पूछताछ, इवेंट अनुरोध और सप्लायर के संदेश के लिए अलग प्रक्रिया हो सकती है। इन्हें अलग पाइपलाइन में रखकर चरण और जिम्मेदार व्यक्ति तय करें।
नया क्या है
- •हर पाइपलाइन के लिए अपने कानबान चरण बनाएं।
- •जिन चरणों में काम बाकी है, उन्हें Action Required चिह्नित करें।
- •पाइपलाइन की जिम्मेदारी किसी व्यक्ति या टीम को दें।
- •संपर्क विवरण, स्थिति, संदेश, नोट और कामों की सूची वाली Function Sheet प्रिंट करें।
यह कैसे काम करता है
पहले पाइपलाइन और उसके चरण तय करें। टीम नई पूछताछ को संबंधित पाइपलाइन में आगे बढ़ा सकती है। कार्रवाई वाले चिह्नित चरण साइडबार में दिखाई देते हैं।
इसे कहाँ मिलेगा
सेटिंग के लिए Settings > Enquiries खोलें। Function Sheet, Enquiries के तीन बिंदुओं वाले मेनू में मिलेगी।
