More Flexible Bills, Tabs and Payments
Move the table, split the work and settle the visit
Service does not always finish where it began. A party moves from the bar to dinner, guests swap tables, or one booking accumulates several orders. Tiquo now supports more of those changes while preserving the order history.
Move tabs and saved items
Move an entire open tab to another table, including a table in another service area within the same organisation. The order keeps its original pricing and payment account. When only part of the order needs to move, transfer selected saved products to another open tab. Their kitchen state is retained and stock is not deducted again.
Staff can also merge one open tab into another. Optional name-only ordering lets the dashboard team identify a tab without creating a customer profile; the setting is enabled per service area and does not replace a required table or customer association.
Settle several orders together
Choose one unpaid order on a booking or settle them together with a combined card payment. Tiquo retains the underlying orders, allocates payment to their connected accounts and produces separate receipts. Item transfers are restricted when a source tab already contains a payment.
