Expanded Restaurant Mode
Table service across iPad, iPhone and payment terminals
Restaurant Mode has expanded across supported iPad, iPhone and S700/S710 payment terminals. Staff can work with tables and open tabs, assign items to seats, send rounds to the kitchen and take payment from the devices they use during service.
The service area sets the workflow. Choose Restaurant to start from the POS home, or Bar to open a fresh order with the same table-service tools. Floor plans can be the starting point where your team works from the room.
A cart built for service
Frequently ordered products can be marked as restaurant favourites for each service area. Staff can search the wider catalogue, repeat an item or rebuild the last sent round. Kitchen messages stay with the order, whether staff choose a preset or type a specific request.
You can require an order to have a table, booking or customer association before it is sent, or allow unassociated orders where the operation needs them. These settings let a dining room and a busy bar use different entry flows within the same organisation.

Open tabs can move between tables, selected saved items can transfer to another tab, and several orders on a booking can be settled in one card payment. Each order keeps its own payment allocation and receipt.
A Redesigned Customer Portal
The customer portal now gives you more control over the homepage, booking catalogue and account shortcuts. Add banners and custom tiles, organise booking carousels, and preview changes before publishing.
