Allergy and Dietary Information
Keep guest requirements visible from ordering to the kitchen
Allergy information can now follow an order from the staff conversation to the kitchen. Service areas can ask about allergens during order creation or prompt staff when they add a product with configured allergens.
The recorded allergen context is preserved when an order is saved or sent. Warnings appear on supported POS flows and kitchen outputs, giving the team preparing the food access to the information captured by the person taking the order.
Choose the prompt that suits your service
An order-level prompt suits a team that checks requirements at the start of a meal. Product-level confirmation brings the question into the moment a relevant dish is added. Configure the prompt for each service area and maintain the allergens on your products.
Customer profiles also have standard fields for allergies and dietary requirements, including Pescatarian. Staff can record these preferences for future visits and review them alongside the current order. The prompts support that conversation; they still depend on accurate product information and staff confirming the guest's requirements.
