New Simple Mode Templates

Simple Mode now includes templates for common venue types to reduce setup time. Switch to Advanced Mode whenever you need more flexibility.

Most venues fit one of the templates and get set up in minutes. Anything bespoke (different inventory types, custom customer flows, more complex configuration) is one click away in Advanced mode.

What's new

Venue templates

• •Thirteen venue types out of the box, covering Restaurant, Bar, Spa & Treatments, Hotel Rooms, Events, Retail, Gym & Classes, Meeting Rooms, Cinemas & Theatres, Exhibitions & Museums, Sport & Leisure, Venue Hire, and Classes & Tutoring
• •Each template pre-fills the right service-vs-retail mix, default description, inherited timezone and currency

Simple Mode editor

• •Tailored per template (events and tickets for Events, bookable spaces for Meeting Rooms, classes and sessions for Gym & Classes, and so on)
• •Inline price configuration for whatever the template's main entity is (ticket types, room types, class slots, etc.)
• •One-click toggle to Advanced mode for bespoke inventory types, custom customer flows, or anything outside the template's intent

How it works

Choose a template when adding a sublocation. Tiquo fills in settings for that venue type and opens the service editor in Simple Mode, showing the relevant controls. For the full editor, switch to Advanced Mode in the top right.

Templates appear when creating a sublocation. Simple Mode toggles from the top-right of any configure service page.
