More Powerful Forms and Document Capture

Public forms now handle more of the information a team needs before approving an application or preparing a service. File-upload fields let customers provide supporting documents, with accepted formats and a 25 MB limit per file.

Structured address fields collect the separate parts of an address, and stable field bindings save answers to the intended customer or enquiry fields. Searchable dropdowns help with longer choice lists. Column layouts display side by side where space allows and stack on phones.

Public forms accept drawn signatures, which staff can review in the dashboard. Membership applications can also collect a payment method securely through Stripe. Saving that method does not charge it by itself; approval can start the membership billing flow, with a secure customer step when authentication is needed.

Document workflows retain signing progress and audit information. Signing certificates include signatures drawn during document creation, and countersignature controls protect the completed signing flow. Published forms and documents can also be offered through portal tiles, giving customers a direct route to the relevant submission.
