We've expanded the platform's data model with custom parameters for customers and products. This allows venues to track information specific to their operation and use it throughout analytics, segmentation, reporting, and automations.
Custom parameters expand what Tiquo can track on customers and products, so your analytics, segmentation, and automations run off the data your venue actually cares about.
What's new
On customers
- •Typed fields (text, number, boolean, date) on any customer profile
- •Filter the customer list and build segments by any custom parameter

On products
- •Typed fields on any product alongside category, price, and stock
- •Filter and report by custom parameter values
How it works
Add a parameter from the customer profile or product editor, give it a name and type, and it's available everywhere Tiquo handles that record. Custom parameters sit alongside the built-in ones (customer number, source, location, and so on) and behave the same way in filters, segments, automation triggers, and analytics. Access controls are honoured on display and in API responses.

Tiquo upptäcker nu dubbla kundprofiler och låter dig slå ihop dem med några få klick. Plattformen hittar profiler som delar identitetsuppgifter som namn, e-postadress och födelsedatum, visar dem som möjliga par med en tillförlitlighetspoäng och låter dig välja om de ska slås ihop eller markeras som olika personer.
Gästpass
Tiquo stöder nu gästpass, så att medlemmar enkelt kan ta med gäster samtidigt som du behåller kontrollen över antalet. Medlemmar kan registrera gäster när de tecknar medlemskap eller när de anländer till en plats, och du bestämmer exakt hur många pass varje medlemskap får utfärda.
Meshnätverk
Tiquo POS stöder nu meshnätverk och håller kassor, terminaler och handhållna enheter igång även när lokalen förlorar internetanslutningen. Enheterna kommunicerar direkt över det lokala wifi-nätverket, servicen fortsätter utan avbrott och allt synkroniseras med Tiquo när anslutningen kommer tillbaka.
