Booking and Membership Email Customisation
Edit the messages customers receive at each step
Customer notification emails now have more room for your own wording and design. Organisation defaults cover booking confirmations, reminders, cancellations and follow-ups, alongside membership approval, welcome and payment-link messages.
Supported customer flows and membership plans can override those defaults. A location-specific message or plan introduction can therefore use its own content while the wider organisation retains a common starting template.
Control content and layout
Quick settings control supported elements such as the logo, service image, details card, action button and wallet card. Design mode adds layout blocks and typography and colour controls. Template variables insert the relevant customer, booking or membership details, including available payment-recovery information.
Preview a template or reset it to its default before saving. Membership messages now use the venue's calendar day for dates and omit empty detail rows. Sender settings remain separate from the template: choose the notification identity in Settings > Notifications and verify a custom sending domain where you use one.
