Multi-printer Routing and SMS Receipts
Send each print job to its destination and offer a receipt link
Printer routing now gives teams more control over where a job goes. Product categories can determine kitchen destinations, and registered app cloud printers are visible in the dashboard for targeted print jobs.
That lets a venue direct the relevant products to the stations preparing them while choosing the appropriate printer for another job. Supported workflows retain print history, which helps staff review what was sent and handle a reprint.
Offer a digital receipt by SMS
Staff using Tiquo App or Tiquo PDQ can send a branded receipt link to the customer by SMS. The link opens the customer's receipt, using the same financial-document data as the other supported receipt surfaces.
SMS receipts must be enabled for the service area and require a ready messaging setup. Sending remains a staff action; turning on the setting does not automatically text every customer. Physical printing also depends on the connected device and supported printer, so test each destination before using it during service.
